Delivery information
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the number of netballs ordered, and the postcode being delivered to. Free shipping will be applied to online orders of 25 netballs or more.
Orders are sent via Australia Post within 1-2 business days of payment being received. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
You may return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided it has not been opened or damaged in any way and a full refund will be given. Email us at orders@cometnetball.com.au with proof of purchase and the reason for the return. This does not apply to custom netballs.
Claims for faulty goods will not be recognized after 30 days following delivery and you must notify us prior to returning the product. Please get in contact with us at orders@cometnetball.com.au and include proof of purchase in your enquiry.
